"Erik Rico, who played bass for the Tunisian Revolution Tour, shared his insights with me about recording the upcoming song release "Bouazizi" and about hanging out with the Tunisian hip hop artists who opened Remarkable Current's shows & joined us in the studio."  -Tracy Curry, Hip Hop Ambassadors Tour Manager
Back Stage with fans after RC's final show in Tunis
"After being made aware of the situation spreading across North Africa . . . aware through various news feeds and coverage, which started in Tunisia by the act of one courageous individual, it was more than an honor to not only work with the various Tunisian artists on this collaboration, but also to meet & spend time with the people of Tunisia.
This was TRULY a moment in history that I'll always remember! The youth of Tunisia were especially insightful and extremely inspiring.  You travel to territories such as these hoping to bring inspiration, ONLY to come back inspired by them! There is NO separation between the youth and the artists . . . it is the music, hip hop especially, that IS the voice of youth culture globally!
I for one am looking very forward to continuing to build the global bridge that truly unites ALL people. POWER to the world's youth!!!"
   --Erik Rico, Hip Hop Ambassador
